Jody McCrea with his movie star mother, Frances Dee at a tribute to Ms. Dee's career. Even though Jody was 'snubbed' at the Oscar ceremony "In Memoriam" section in the 2010 broadcast, he was in good company. Farrah Fawcett and Bea Arthur were two other fan favorites who were "snubbed". Though Jody would have loved to have been remembered in this section, as an actor and producer, he understood very well that there isn't always time to include everyone in such productions. Jody also knew that he was much loved by his fans and this brought him great joy. We LOVE YOU JODY!
